Membership credit is the amount available for you to spend on any treatment or eligible add-on, giving you the flexibility to choose the experience that best suits your needs.

Your unused credit automatically rolls over each month, allowing you to save towards longer treatments or additional enhancements.

For example:

• Enjoy a DISCOVERY Head Spa or LIFT Facial, using your full $189 monthly credit. If you choose a higher-priced treatment, simply pay the difference.

• Save your first month's credit and combine it with the next month's for $378 credit. You could enjoy a SIGNATURE Head Spa ($269) with a Mini Facial add-on ($49), leaving $60 to roll over to the following month.

This flexibility allows you to personalise each visit while enjoying the added value of being a mori member.

Membership credit can be redeemed across all eligible treatments and add-ons but cannot be used towards retail products, gift cards or memberships.

Membership credits are exclusive to the registered member and cannot be transferred or shared, including with family members.

This ensures every member receives a consistent, personalised experience tailored to their individual scalp and hair care needs.

Memberships work much like gift cards. Once purchased, you can book your appointments online as usual and simply enter your unique membership code at checkout. The value of your treatment will then be deducted from your available membership credit balance.
