1. Competition Period

The competition opens on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AWST on 31 January 2027.

Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. How to Enter

There are three ways to receive entries into the competition:

Waitlist Entry: Receive one entry by joining the official Mori Head Spa waitlist through the sign-up form on the website during the competition period.

By joining the waitlist, entrants also agree to receive Mori Head Spa's email communications, including launch updates, priority booking access, exclusive offers and marketing newsletters.

Treatment Bookings: Receive one additional entry for each eligible, paid treatment appointment completed at Mori Head Spa during the competition period.

Gift Voucher Purchases: Receive one additional entry for each eligible Mori Head Spa gift voucher purchased during the competition period, regardless of the voucher's value. Gift vouchers do not need to be redeemed during the competition period to qualify.

This means each gift voucher purchase earns one additional entry, regardless of its value.

Only one waitlist entry is permitted per person. Duplicate registrations will not result in additional entries.

There is no limit to the number of additional entries earned through eligible treatment bookings or gift voucher purchases.

Cancelled, refunded, unpaid or unattended treatment appointments, and cancelled or refunded gift voucher purchases, will not qualify for additional entries.

No purchase is necessary to receive the initial waitlist entry. Treatment bookings and gift vouchers are charged at their usual advertised prices, with no additional charge for competition entry.

4. Competition Prize

One winner will receive 12 DISCOVERY Head Spa treatments, each lasting 60 minutes, with a total advertised value of AUD $2,268.

The prize is intended to provide one DISCOVERY Head Spa experience per month over 12 months.

The prize includes the standard inclusions of the DISCOVERY Head Spa treatment. Additional treatments, upgrades, add-ons and retail products are not included.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable for other products or services.

5. Prize Redemption

The winner may begin redeeming their prize once notified and their eligibility has been verified.

All 12 treatments must be redeemed by 1 March 2028.

Treatments are subject to appointment availability and Mori Head Spa's standard booking and cancellation policies.

The prize is intended for use at a frequency of one treatment per month. Unused monthly sessions will be forfeited.

Any unredeemed treatments remaining after the expiry date will cease to be available.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place on 1 February 2027 at 12 PM AWST, online, using a random selection method that gives each valid entry an equal chance of winning.

Each valid waitlist entry, eligible treatment booking entry and eligible gift voucher purchase entry will be included separately in the draw.

Mori Head Spa will maintain records of the draw and valid competition entries in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. Winner Announcement and Notification

The winner will be announced on 1 February 2027 and notified directly via the email address provided when entering the competition or making an eligible purchase.

The winner may also be announced on the Mori Head Spa website and official social media channels, using their first name and surname initial.

The winner must respond within 14 days of receiving notification to claim the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, Mori Head Spa may conduct a further random draw to select a new winner, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

8. Waitlist, Marketing Communications and Privacy

By joining the Mori Head Spa waitlist, entrants agree to receive email communications from Mori Head Spa, including launch announcements, priority booking access, treatment updates, exclusive offers, events and promotional newsletters.

Personal information collected through the waitlist, treatment bookings and gift voucher purchases will also be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible competition entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Mori Head Spa's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

9. General Conditions

Mori Head Spa reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries.

Entries that are fraudulent, automated, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

Any amendment, cancellation or withdrawal of the competition after commencement will be subject to applicable regulatory requirements and approvals.

Mori Head Spa is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Treatment Suitability

The prize winner must complete Mori Head Spa's standard consultation and consent process before receiving treatment.

Treatments may be modified or postponed where necessary for health, safety or suitability reasons.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Win a Year of Mori competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
